Shipping Information

All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. We currently do not offer same-day delivery, Saturday delivery, or the ability to combine multiple orders into a single shipment after they have been placed.

You may cancel a standard order at any time prior to it being shipped. However, orders placed with an expedited shipping service cannot be canceled once submitted.

Shipping Rates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Final shipping costs are calculated based on the selected service level, your shipping destination, and the total value of your order. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.

For all international shipments, including to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to certain international locations.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is designed to be straightforward. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received without a valid RA cannot be processed.

All items must be returned in their original, new, and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. To complete your return, please follow the instructions provided with your RA number.

If your original order included a free promotional item, that item must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund back to your account. For security verification, we may require additional information from you to complete the refund process.

We aim to process returns promptly upon receipt at our facility. For wholesale customers, please contact your dedicated sales representative to initiate any return and obtain a Return Authorization.
